Insurance Information
We provide itemized bills that you can submit to your insurer if you have out-of-network coverage. We do, however, request payment at time of service. We do not participate in Medicare, Medicaid or Workman’s Compensation. Before making an appointment, you may want to inquire about your insurer’s deductible and reimbursement rates for out-of-network services by either a board-certified psychiatrist or a licensed APRN (nurse practitioner).
Linda Smith, APRN, is a provider with The Greenwich Hospital New Avenues’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which includes coverage for both individual and family counseling.
